Amanda Narcisi resigns from PGH Museums Board
Occasionally, when you are starting to launch a new project, you get one of those messages that lets you know, ‘hey, I’ve got a great idea’. Early 2019 Amanda Narcisi sent me one of those messages when she texted me that she was learned about a museum project I was working on and that she was interested in getting involved. I remember the instant jolt of excitement that message sent straight to my heart as I realized this thing, PGH Museums, had a chance. I received a similar sensation, yet out of panic this time, when she told me three years later-this winter, she would be resigning from PGH Museums.
PGH Museums Seeks New Board Member
PGH Museums is seeking a new member to our board of directors to help our organization grow as we revamp and relaunch our membership program this spring. It is the perfect time to join our organization to help make our mission, an information center indiscriminately supporting arts and history preservation and education organizations in our community, a reality.

As public art invites everyone to interact with the creative spirit of Pittsburgh, The (New) Pittsburgh Exposition offers seven public art sites in and around the city that have helped define its civic art scene.
