PGH Museums Hosts Cycling Church Tour

Bring your own bike and helmet and join the PGHMuseums.org volunteers for a fun bike tour of Pittsburgh's historic churches beginning at St. Augustine Church in the Lawrenceville neighborhood and ending with drinks at The Church Brew Works. We’re excited to be exploring St. Augustine in Lawrenceville, St. Nicholas in Millvale, Holy Spirit in Millvale, Northside Institutional Church on the Northside and First English Lutheran Church Downtown.

We will be meeting between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM at St. Augustine church. We will be touring St. Augustine’s sanctuary promptly at 1:00 PM to meet a 2:00 PM deadline at St Nicholas in Millvale. Prompt attendance is required.

Minimum $20 donation requested (includes one free drink ticket), limited to 20 people on the tour. Your donation supports PGH Museums, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and its work. Registration is required.

A PGH Museums volunteers will stand outdoors with the bicycles at each location but parking is at your own risk.

To protect the flooring in churches being toured, cycling cleats will not be permitted inside the buildings. If you use cycling cleats you will be required to take them off before entering each building.

I understand and will take my cleats off before entering the church.

I will not be wearing cleats to this event.
