Wisdom & More: T.C. Joy Radiator Company

Join us for our annual lecture series, Wisdom & More, held every Thursday evening in March! Series is sponsored by CSR Services, LLC. On Thursday, March 6, Dr. Rhonda Clark will present on the T. C. Joy Radiator Company of Titusville. Mr. T. C. Joy originally came to Titusville to make his fortune in the booming oil industry. Although this venture was ultimately a bust, Joy was able to find nationwide success in the manufacture of radiators and other heating-related innovations. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for social hour featuring libations from Side Hustle Brews & Spirits, followed by the presentation at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $5 for members of Friends of Drake Well and $10 for non-members.

More on Dr. Rhonda Clark...

Dr. Clark is a full-time professor at PennWest University - Clarion in the Department of Library and Information Science. She has developed a group of graduate-level courses on local and archival studies, such as Reference Services for Genealogy and Local History Collections, as part of the programs at Clarion. She is actively involved with the Titusville Historical Society, assisting with genealogical services and researching the city's rich history as a former hub of the early petroleum industry.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for cocktail hour and presentation begins at 6:30 p.m.
