The sounds of summertime in Pittsburgh return to the Cultural District as the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival, a production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, welcomes hundreds of thousands of guests and artists for 10 days of free art and music. The ten-day celebration of the arts runs 12-9 pm daily. Some attractions are open on an ongoing basis while others have specific hours of operation.

Downtown Pittsburgh has been home to the Festival since 1960. This year's Festival will take place in the Cultural District, which is the 14-block epicenter for downtown’s dynamic arts and entertainment scene. The Cultural District is a project of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, producer of the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival.
