Crochet has an enormous range of scales, patterns, materials, and styles. In this workshop you will learn how you can use crochet in your jewelry practice. For textile artists who want to make jewelry, it is an easy transition from working with yarn to working with metal. For the artist working in metal, it requires a new mindset; but it gives the artist freedom of lines, transparency, and texture. This workshop will focus on tubular weaving and how the technique can be used in your jewelry practice to make chains, bracelets, and more.
