Scouts can earn the Oceanography Merit Badge by attending this interactive program. Learning is through group presentation, technology, and traditional book and paper. Due to popularity and limited space, registration for this merit badge program is required. Register by May 15 to educator@weatherdiscovery.org or 814-938-1000. Program will run 9:30-12:30. Snack and free time on the exhibits is included.
