A bluegrass and 1970s music concert will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. this Sunday, Sept. 22 at Ford City Memorial Park.

Clarion County band Gravel Lick Bluegrass will perform, with Colette Vickers on bass, Barbi Milliron playing fiddle, Cheryl Rennier playing guitar and singing, and Nancy Jeannerat singing and playing mandolin.

Concert-goers should bring lawn chairs to the event, according to event organizer Katt Hefner.

The bluegrass jam session is being sponsored by her family through Steve Heffner's Movies in the Park, Kattnip Enterprises and Skattan Productions.

Refreshments will include hot dogs and sauerkraut, potato chips, corn curls, popcorn, pop and water., Ford City Memorial Park is along Fourth Avenue in Ford City.
