The Plumer House, an esteemed American residence, is situated in West Newton, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Recognized for its historical significance, it was enlisted on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Dating back to 1814, the original section of this historic edifice stands as a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure with a gable roof. An addition was incorporated in 1846, featuring a 2+1⁄2-story brick construction with a gable roof and two chimneys. Noteworthy features include a rear porch that offers scenic views of the adjacent Youghiogheny River.

This venerable landmark, the Plumer House, received its well-deserved recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
