Discription:

The McClurg Covered Bridge, also known as Devil's Den Bridge, is a historic King post truss covered bridge located in Paris, Pennsylvania. Initially constructed in 1880, this bridge was originally situated along Devil's Den Road, spanning Kings Creek in Paris, PA. However, in 1987, the bridge was relocated to its current position. It now crosses a small ravine within Hanover Township Park along Old Steubenville Pike, and is accessible only to pedestrians. Measuring 12'3" wide and 24' long, it features red vertical plank siding, three rectangular windows on each side, and a cedar shake roof. Notably, the bridge is a part of the annual Covered Bridge Festival. Recognized for its historical significance, it holds the designation of a historic bridge by the Washington County History & Landmarks Foundation.
