The Arrott Building, a prominent skyscraper, stands at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Wood Street in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Recognized for its historical significance, it was included in the list of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks in 2000.
Constructed in 1902, the Arrott Building bears the architectural imprint of Frederick J. Osterling. Alongside several neighboring financial structures, it contributes to the charm of the Fourth Avenue Historic District, which holds a place on the National Register of Historic Places.
In May 2021, the building underwent a transformation and reopened its doors as The Industrialist Hotel, a distinguished addition to the Autograph Collection by Marriott.
