Three Rivers Arts Festival Planning Guide

Ten days of free art and music await, June 2-11, 2023, at the 64th annual Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival. The Festival returns to Pittsburgh’s Cultural District with a fresh footprint. Here are some tips and tricks to get the most out of your experience.

Start your Festival adventure by considering transportation options, planning ahead, and leaving yourself plenty of time. Visit ParkPGH.org for real-time parking garage availability in the Cultural District and nearby North Shore. Visit RidePRT.org for bus, light rail, and incline schedules.

This year's Festival boasts three stages in the heart of the Cultural District, including the Dollar Bank Main Stage at the intersection of Stanwix Street and Ft. Duquesne Boulevard. Before you head to the Festival, read more about what you can expect and what you should (and shouldn't) bring to make the most of your concert experience.

Key attractions are conveniently located within a few blocks of each other, stretching the length of Ft. Duquesne Boulevard bound by Stanwix Street and 9th Street and spanning to Liberty Avenue through the Trust Oasis and the Backyard at 9th and Penn. Check out the map here and download a .pdf of this year's on-site Event Guide for more information.

For any public safety concerns, visit the Public Safety Tent located on the corner of 7th Street and Fort Duquesne Boulevard on the corner closest to the Andy Warhol Bridge.
Visit TrustArts.org/visit for a full list of prohibited items and other health, safety, and security information.

The complete lineup is live at TrustArts.org/TRAF! Sort all events by day or genre and filter the Artist Market listing of 250+ artists by 14 categories.
