Ambridge Resident Pass and Good Neighbor Pass

The Ambridge Borough Resident Pass program has been renewed for 2022 at Old Economy Village. If you are a resident of the Borough of Ambridge, head on over to Old Economy Village, 270 16th Street, Ambridge and pick up your FREE pass which will gain you access to Old Economy Village for the 2022 season. Ambridge Pass holders may attend general admission tours and special events such as Hands-on History Weekend, Erntedankfest, and Christmas at the Village, at no charge (fundraising events are excluded). A valid, current ID – such as a driver’s license, utility bill, or anything that verifies that you live in the Borough of Ambridge is all that is needed to receive your pass.

New for 2022 is the addition of the “Good Neighbor Pass” for residents that live within the school districts of Ambridge, Freedom, and Rochester. The Good Neighbor pass allows residents of those areas to receive free general admission for tours. This pass does not include free admission to special events or fundraisers. A valid, current ID – such as a driver’s license, utility bill, or anything that verifies that you live within one of these school districts is all that is required to get the pass.

“'The Resident Pass'” is our way of saying thank you to Ambridge Borough residents who may occasionally be inconvenienced when Old Economy programs and events bring large numbers of visitors to town. Old Economy Village is Ambridge’s historic site. We want Ambridge residents to come out to the Village often to explore the community’s National Historic Landmark," Site Administrator Michael Knecht said.

“The Good Neighbor pass is a great way for more residents of Beaver County to experience the historic site and learn more about local history. It’s another way for us to say thank you to a community that has supported us throughout the years," Friends of Old Economy Village Executive Director Jason Weber said.

Old Economy Village is open for touring from April 3 to December 31 - Friday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please note that the Visitor Center is temporarily closed for construction and all admissions are at the Feast Hall Building at 1401 Church St. Ambridge, PA 15003.
