Summer Youth Writers Camp

Youth Writers Camp curriculum addresses social justice issues during this current time while maintaining August Wilson’s literary legacy as a core objective. Youth Writers Camp focuses on creating a poetic monologue in the style and themes of Troy Maxson in Fences (or in imitation of other characters across Wilson’s plays). Time is allotted for discussions, readings, writing and share out! Please join us for another impactful writing experience with Cameron Barnett and the August Wilson African American Cultural Center.
