New York artist and educator Joseph Cavalieri has taught painting on glass many times at PGC. This summer he is teaching a 1-week class called Imagine, Construct, Display.
He is returning to offer his insight about organized, stress free, steps and tips for marketing art. It is open to all artists who want better exposure and professional contacts, resulting in better sales. Included is a worksheet to focus on your direction, and slide presentation offering many tips for getting published. Before pursuing his glass career, Joseph worked as an art director at GQ, People and Good Housekeeping magazines, where he gained insight from editors on marketing. This is more of a straight to the point workshop than an inspirational talk.
After the lecture, join us for a free tour and glassblowing demonstration at 12:30.
FREE but RSVP REQUESTED
