The Bushy Run Battlefield Heritage Society, Inc. (BRBHS) presents “Beer Making Through the Ages” by Wayne Marshall on May 17, 2023. The program will include a 45-minute presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. Marshall has brewed a wide variety of beers in his home for 30 years. His presentation will include the history of beer, ingredients used, and the processes involved.
Marshall grew up in the area and graduated from Penn Trafford High School. He is a technician with Siemens. He currently resides in Delmont and is an active member of the Export Moose and the Moose Riders.
Participants will have an opportunity to see some of the equipment and ingredients Marshall uses during the brewing process. Samples of some of his brews will also be available. Come and enjoy this exciting evening of history and beer!
