Harvest Moon Night Hike

  • Oil Creek State Park (map)

Wildcat Hollow

The full harvest moon is the signifier of the end of the growing season, a symbol of the cycle of growth and decay, but it is also a sign that it’s time to celebrate and give thanks for all this year has given us. Celebrate with us under the full moon as we take a walk through the Wetlands Trail in Wildcat Hollow. The trail is approximately 1 mile and relatively flat. Wear comfortable walking boots (sometimes there are wet spots) and bring a flashlight! Register by emailing ikuberry@pa.gov or calling 814.676.1810.
