Guerrilla Art Class

Pittsburgh Center for Arts and Media Class

July 22, 2020 - August 12, 2020

Have you ever been inspired to beautify your surroundings or to make a statement in your neighborhood? This class will instruct students on rain drawings, wheat pasting, chalk drawings and other non-permanent processes for creating site-specific art works in public spaces. The work of contemporary street artists will be shared and discussed for inspiration. Join us and get outside and make art this summer!

Students will be provided with instructional handouts and a kit of necessary tools and materials. All instruction, live demos, art-sharing and discussion will occur online via Zoom.
