Cowboys in the Kitchen Opening Reception

website.jpg

We are thrilled to present a new series of paintings by Scott Hunter...

Herein lies an assembly of gatherings, a constructed pastiche of style conflicts, pop transcendence, and a sense of humor in the living room.

Curtains are open to reveal the lanai or drawn shut to conceal a shady deal, and the four horsemen are on their way to a garden party.

Allowing equal voice to surrealist chance, synchronicity in formalist painting, and the mythos of narrative as rationale to assemble, cowboys are in the kitchen and the gods are at home decorating.

We are offering a few different ways to attend our Artist Reception...
12 to 5pm - Dedicated private time slots for an intimate viewing and personal interaction with the artist - capacity is limited to a maximum of 12 guests per time slot.

5 to 8pm - Open public reception - capacity will be monitored/regulated.
Masks are optional if vaccinated for either type of reception.
