The Woodland Hills Academy, an esteemed educational institution situated in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, stands as a testament to American history. Originally constructed in 1917 as the Turtle Creek High School, this building was repurposed and reopened in 2009 as the Woodland Hills Academy. It serves as an integral part of the Woodland Hills School District, catering to students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Recognized for its historical significance, the academy was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 30, 2007, and later included in the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks in 2009.
