The T. M. Kurtz House, also recognized as the Pennsylvania Memorial Home, stands as a significant historic residence in Punxsutawney, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. Constructed in 1904, this distinguished structure boasts a three-story, L-shaped design crafted from brick, following the Colonial Revival style. Notable architectural features include a spacious verandah and bow-front bay windows. Formerly inhabited by Theodore M. Kurtz (1868-1945), a prominent local figure and member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, the house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
