The center offers affordable studio space in the beautiful, centrally located National Transit Building, an impressive historic building with surprises around every corner. The studios are all unique, and provide a central hub to a community of visual and performing artists and artisans.
The City of Oil City’s Artist Relocation Program offers a number of incentives for artists relocating to Oil City, including residential zoning for live-work-gallery spaces, financing, and tax abatement for property rehabilitation. Commercial property grants and loans are available, as well as affordable downtown studios and exhibition spaces.
