The Gardner-Bailey House, situated at 124 West Swissvale Avenue in Edgewood, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, dates back to its construction in 1864. This historic residence garnered recognition for its architectural and cultural significance, earning a place on the National Register of Historic Places on October 1, 1974, as well as inclusion in the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks in 1984.

Characterized by its distinctive features, the main section of the house boasts a square floor plan, comprising four rooms on the first floor interconnected by a central hall, an impressive staircase, and three bedrooms along with a bath on the second floor. A spacious dining room occupies the rear portion of the house, followed by a generously sized kitchen complete with servant's quarters. Adding to the property's charm is a detached carriage house featuring a turntable, situated at the rear of the premises.
