The Citizens National Bank of Latrobe, alternatively referred to as the Mellon National Bank Building, stands as a significant historical landmark in Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Constructed in 1926, this architectural gem was designed by the renowned firm Batholomew & Smith. Characterized by its six-story, L-shaped structure, the building features a steel frame and masonry construction, reflecting the elegance of the Italian Renaissance Revival style. Its exterior showcases a blend of brick and granite, while a flat roof crowns the structure. Notably, it holds the distinction of being the tallest building in Latrobe.

Recognizing its architectural and historical significance, the Citizens National Bank of Latrobe was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
