The Centerville Historic District, situated in Centerville, Pennsylvania, is a recognized historic area that exemplifies the characteristic "pike town" architecture commonly found along the National Road in Pennsylvania. Despite the limited commercial activity present in the town today, the district boasts ninety-four contributing buildings, including taverns, residences, shops, and service buildings. These structures offer a glimpse into the historical evolution of the National Road, from its heyday to its decline.

Designated as a historic district by the Washington County History & Landmarks Foundation, Centerville is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
