Description:
The Brookville Presbyterian Church and Manse represent significant historical landmarks situated at the intersection of White and Main Streets in Brookville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Constructed in 1904–1905, the Presbyterian church embodies the Richardsonian Romanesque style, constructed primarily of Hummelstown brownstone. Notable architectural features include two entrances, each adorned with a loggia, and a square bell tower. The interior layout follows the Akron plan. In close proximity stands the manse, erected in 1890, showcasing a brick Second Empire-style architecture. Highlighted elements include two two-story bay windows, a mansard roof, and an open porch.

Recognizing their historical and architectural significance, both structures were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. They are situated within the Brookville Historic District.
