As the lending arm of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation, Landmarks Community Capital Corporation (LCCC)—a non-profit subsidiary— advances the cause of preservation by extending loans to projects that facilitate renovation activities in historic neighborhoods throughout the Pittsburgh region.

Among the projects we have so far financed in 2020, is a $210,000 loan to the Fineview Citizens Council on the North Side of Pittsburgh, to help continue renovation of houses on Upper Lanark Street. The initiative will create needed quality affordable housing in the neighborhood. Click here for more information.
