Washington County Historical Society Annual Hall of Fame Awards Banquet

Dear Friend of the Historical Society,

We are pleased to announce the Washington County Historical Society’s 6th Annual Hall of Fame Awards Banquet. This event honors those of our Washington County community whose achievements have epitomized excellence, and honors historical figures whose legacy has shaped the history of the County. This year, the Historical Society will be honoring:

A. Parker Burroughs – newspaper editor, acclaimed serial writer and author
Ralph E. Cindrich – former NFL player, attorney and professional sports agent
James R. McDonald – human rights activist, entrepreneur and leading businessman 
and posthumous honorees
Anne X. Alpern – first female state attorney general in the United States
Louis E. Waller – pioneering leader in business, philanthropy and civil rights

Charlotte LeMoyne Wills – women’s suffrage activist
