Titusville Area Trails Association National Trails Day Photo Contest
Submit your photos here for the Titusville Area Trails Association National Trails Day Photo Contest!
Instructions:
- Fill out and submit this form.
- Then email us your photo submissions at titusvilleren.tata@gmail.com
- IMPORTANT: Make sure your photo file names/titles include your name AND the number of the photo that corresponds with the information in this form! e.g. Jane Doe Photo 1
Contest Information:
- Photo(s) must be taken between June 6, 2020 and August 8, 2020 on a Titusville-area (PA) trail.
- Deadline to submit is midnight on Saturday, August 8, 2020.
- Photos without creator names attached will be judged by a panel of three representatives of area organizations.
- Winners will be announced on Saturday, August 22 and put on display in Titusville over Labor Day Weekend to kick off PA Trails Month.
- Prizes to be awarded include: 1st place in each category and 1st place in people's choice. Each winner will receive a $50 gift certificate to a local business.
Photo Categories:
- Trail Users in Action: capture people experiencing the outdoors on the trails!
- Trail Features: find a part of the trails that speaks to you through its construction, beauty, difficulty, etc.
- Artistic Aesthetic: show us your artistic side through pictures of flora, fauna, lighting, and other beautiful or historic things you see on the trails.
Rules:
- Photograph cannot be copyrighted or infringe on intellectual property.
- Photographer can be of ANY age!
- A maximum of three (3) photos per person may be submitted (in any or all categories - just 3 total!)
- Photos must be jpg, png, or tiff.
- Entrant acknowledges and understands that photos will be posted on TATA social media.
- Note: By entering the contest you are giving TATA permission to use the photos, with attribution, for publicity and promotion of Titusville Area Trails. This includes use on our website, social media, as well as non-commercial publications. You retain all other rights to your photos.
