Art All Night Pittsburgh Returns for its 26th year

Community Comes Together In-Person for Free 22 Hour Event

The 26th installment of Art All Night Pittsburgh will be held from 4 pm Saturday, April 29th to 2 pm Sunday, April 30th at 31st Street Studios in the Strip District. This 22 hour immersive art experience will be provided fee-free, non-juried, uncensored and open to the public for both artists and attendees.

Art All Night features original artwork, activities for children and adults, an art auction, and live entertainment. Throughout the night, guests can participate in collaborative art activities and enjoy performances by local bands and performers throughout 3 stages. Attendees can support artists through the bidding of art displayed in the show. Up to 40 pieces of art will be created live, on-site by local artists and will be auctioned off to attendees at 12 pm on Sunday, April 30th giving guests the opportunity to take home unique, one-of-a-kind pieces of artwork.

Art All Night for Children

A variety of artistic activities for children will be available during this year's show. From 4 pm to 8 pm Saturday, April 29, and 10 am to 12 pm Sunday, April 30 children and families are invited to participate in cardboard city, paper sculptures, mandala loose parts, and spray bottle relief art.

Music & Performance Art

Attendees can expect to see a wide-variety of live music and theatrical performances on 3 stages throughout the show space. The Coffeehouse Stage will feature acoustic and

nearly-acoustic singer-songwriters and other musicians. The Main Stage will offer music acts of all genres from Rock and Hip Hop to Dubstep and everything in between on Saturday night. The Theatrical Performance stage will offer an eclectic variety of performers from local dance groups.

Video

The video lounge features shows, scenes, or production clips up to 10 minutes in length from local artists. Videos will be included in a playlist running in a continuous loop at the on site cinema. Submissions to the Video Lounge can be made at artallnight.org.

Interactive Art

Interactive installation art brings the show to life and creates an immersive experience through storytelling, life-size puppets, light displays, interactive games, and more.

Call for Artists

All artists are encouraged to participate by submitting one piece of artwork to the show. These pieces may be sold or displayed not for sale. All media is accepted and participation is free. Register online at artallnight.org. To participate in the show, artists must complete their respective registration form (artists, performance artists, musicians, etc.) or drop off artwork to be displayed in-person on Saturday, April 29 from 10 am to 2 pm. Art All Night is not looking for demo reels or product ads. At the conclusion of the 22 hour event artists will be provided all bids on their artwork.
